Definition
特殊化妝品：
用于染發(fā)、燙發(fā)、祛斑美白、防曬、防脫發(fā)的化妝品以及宣稱新功效的化妝品。
普通化妝品：
特殊化妝品以外的化妝品
化妝品新原料：
在我國境內(nèi)首次使用于化妝品的天然或者人工原料為化妝品新原料，具有防腐、防曬、著色、染發(fā)、祛斑美白功能的化妝品新原料，經(jīng)國務(wù)院藥品監(jiān)督管理部門注冊后方可使用其他化妝品新原料應(yīng)當(dāng)在使用前向國務(wù)院藥品監(jiān)督管理部門備案

委托加工 OEM：
| 01 | 委托方與被委托方的委托加工協(xié)議書原件 Offer the original commission processing agreement. |
| 02 | 被委托方通過ISO或GMP等良好生產(chǎn)規(guī)范的證明文件。 The commissioned party should offer their company's ISO or GMP, or other good manufacturing practice documents. |
